West Greenwich Osteopaths - History

Dan Delap established the practice after he graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1986, having previously served as a Wing Commander in the RAF. At the same time as establishing the practice in his house at 80 Royal Hill, he also worked as a tutor at the BSO. (As a tutor, he was instrumental in setting up a student clinic at the East Street GP's surgery in Southwark, which is still thriving). Dan soon had established a strong reputation within the Greenwich and Blackheath area, with many of his patients being referred by the local GP surgeries.

Glynn Booker

Glynn worked variously in Health & Safety and Office Management, with a strong background in sports, climbing and martial arts before qualifying from the British School of Osteopathy in 2004. He brings to the table some of the more recently developed techniques in osteopathy (as well as the more traditional approaches). He has a wealth of experience in workplace ergonomics particularly, but also in sports injuries, osteopathic work with children, mums-to-be and the elderly.
Glynn's approach is a pragmatic one, with the emphasis on gentle treatment and forceful only where necessary. He uses a variety of techniques across the spectrum of osteopathy: structural, functional and cranio-sacral.
Since 2007, Glynn has also been teaching osteopathy as a Clinic Tutor at the British School of Osteopathy.
